1. Order cancellation

We will typically process your order within few hours after it has been submitted and paid during business days. 
 
Once your order has been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.

2. Defective, damaged or wrong items

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and report to us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
To be eligible for an exchange or reshipment, you must report to us within 5 calendar days after you have received the item.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
To start this process, please fill in the return form.  If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package (or we'll arrange a pick-up).  Items sent back to us without first filling in the return form will not be accepted.
  

3. Out-of-stock items

 
If the item in your paid order is somehow out of stock, and the estimated time for the replenished item to reach you is beyond acceptable by you, we will arrange a refund either on your original payment method or to your bank account.
 
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  

4. Exceptions / non-returnable items

 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 
 
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not issue the refund if: 
 
  1. your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address), or 
  2. your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
