How to Use the Conversation Intelligence Dashboard

Welcome to the Conversation Intelligence Dashboard!

This interactive frontend UI allows you to visualize, search, and chat with the reports generated by the Conversation Analytics Bot. Instead of reading raw data files, this dashboard turns your JSON reports into a presentation-ready interface.

Free, Flexible, & Privacy

Free & Universal Compatibility: This dashboard is completely free to use. You don't need our Conversation Analytics Bot—simply upload JSON data from any custom chatbot or internal pipeline to visualize your reports.

100% Zero-Data Retention: We cannot see any files you upload in this Conversation Intelligence Dashboard, including the history and analytics files. Everything is processed locally in your browser, keeping your data entirely private.

1 Step 1: Upload Your Files

To get started, upload your data using the buttons in the left-hand sidebar. (Note: Max file size is 15 MB per file).

Upload Summary:

Click this and upload the analysis_full_report.json file that was generated by the Intelligence Bot.

Upload Message:

Click this and upload your original, raw conversation history file (the original dataset you analyzed). This allows the dashboard to show you the actual chat transcripts alongside the AI's insights.

2 Step 2: Navigate the Dashboard Tabs

Once your files are uploaded, use the tabs at the top of the screen to explore your data:

AI Analysis

This is your main reporting screen. Use the Analysis Query dropdown in the left sidebar to filter this view. Select specific sections like Executive Summary, Topic Clusters, Knowledge Gaps, or Bot Performance to focus on exactly what you need.

View Conversation

Want to read the exact transcript of a specific chat?

  • Go to the left sidebar under Room ID Search.
  • Type in the specific Room ID.
  • Click Display Room.

The dashboard will instantly pull up the AI's summary of that specific chat, alongside the full user-and-agent message history.

Negative Conversations

Don't waste time looking for where things went wrong. This tab displays a paginated list of all conversations where the user was frustrated, highlighting exactly why it failed with a preview of the chat.

Ask AI

Want to dig deeper? Open the Ask AI tab to chat directly with your data. Ask the AI custom questions about your reports (e.g., "Summarize the main reasons people were angry about shipping in these logs").

Helpful Tips

Mobile Friendly: On a phone or tablet? Tap the hamburger menu icon (three lines) in the top left to open and close the sidebar.

Privacy First: Click Clear Upload in the sidebar to reset the dashboard. All dashboard data visualization is processed locally in your browser session.
