Unlike basic bots that only search for keywords, our proprietary intent-routing engine understands how you are asking. Ask for a high-level summary ("What is the overall topic of this folder?"), and it will generate a comprehensive overview. Ask a highly specific question ("What is the exact return policy?"), and it will extract the precise rule.
